Is the data on the server secure? Does Viettel IDC backup data to other places?

After free installation support for the first time (if requested from customers), Viettel IDC will hand over the highest and only admin account to customers
- Customers have full rights to use and administer the server. Viettel IDC is not allowed to backup customers' data to other places
- In case customers requires data backup, Viettel IDC will provide backup service and hand over the backup admin account to customers
